Christina Banman fell into the event industry in 2015 when she decided to take a chance and leave the world of real estate. Her journey began with an internship with an international event producer, Erika Lohmar, thanks to her alma mater of Cal Lutheran University. She then transitioned into a position as a full time planner with Along Came Mary Events whom she continues to freelance produce large corporate events for clients such as Hallmark, Fox and Hulu. This has provided her a wide scope of experience in the industry. With her passion for food and entertaining, weddings and events was the perfect fit for her.She was raised on an avocado orchard in Santa Paula and grew up helping farm her families properties in Texas and Washington state. She frequents the farmers market as a way to stay connected with the local farm community. Food is one of the many elements in an event that can help bring people together and spark engaging conversations.

Communal feasting tables, family style eating and warm summer nights under market lights are some of her favorite things. This led her into the exciting world of farm dinners with Outstanding In The Field, working production with a special emphasis in location scouting that took her to Bermuda and back.

After gaining experience with events in Los Angeles and around the world Christina made the move back to Ventura County in late 2017. In February 2021 she and her husband moved from Meiners Oaks to Ventura to their new home. The zoo was not left behind- seven chickens, one cat and a sweet golden retriever puppy, Buoy, keep them busy. To top it off they are expecting their first little bundle of joy late 2021!

Brooke Baker has been in the event industry since high school. She started in catering and slowly moved up through many roles all while working full time in private wealth practice management.

With roots in financial planning, Brooke finds many similarities in weddings - the level of confidence clients place in her integrity, comprehensive budgeting management, and the role of a structured planning process.

The overwhelming fulfillment she enjoys from facilitating once in a lifetime experiences is how she knows this is her true calling and conclusive passion.

In February 2020, her adopted father passed away, and in March, the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in the United States. After postponing an entire calendar year of events in California, she took time to reflect and realign priorities. This time led her to the decision of relocate her home base to Little Rock, where her entire biological family now resides.

While she will return to California to complete postponed events, she will take a limited number of Ca and Destination clients moving forward so that she can fully integrate into the Arkansas event community.

Her personal style is colorful, bohemian, and green. Her home is adorned with vibrant colors, patterns, plants, crystals, and beach findings. When she is not buzzing with wedding plans, she is gardening, cooking, enjoying family time, antiquing or hanging with her Mastiff mix, Marley and small flock of backyard chickens.
