Caty found White Sage after riding the COVID rollercoaster through emotional postponements and thinking they wanted to pivot to a wedding closer to their now home in Central Arkansas. But as 2020 would have it they actually landed on hosting a very intimate wedding in Branson, MO at the sentimental location of Big Cedar Lodge. The Garden Chapel nestled among the Ozark splendor provided the perfect backdrop. A hand painted motif of the chapel adorned their invitation suite and was custom engraved into the lid of escort card candle favors for reception. A timeless and traditional black and white narrative unfolded with no detail unattended thanks to extensive collaboration with local expert Shindig Paperie. Each guest enjoyed carefully curated and personal welcome boxes including keepsakes, local snacks, refreshments and even homemade pralines by the groom's mother.

On the day of the wedding the ladies readied at the Lodge Spa Suite and the guys enjoyed a morning skeet shoot. Guests were shuttle to the chapel and welcomed by soft acoustic guitar melodies. The ceremony was made even more personal when Caty and Lucas not only exchanged rings themselves but Lucas presented Caty's daughter with a ring. The bridal party helped kick off joyful celebration in the Worman Room followed by a plated dinner. A custom cake by Shelby Lynn's featured several decedent flavors. Guests enjoyed selecting their favor candle scent from several options displayed and paired with custom matches. Lively dancing was enjoyed by all as a light rain misted outside concluding perfectly for a special sparkler send off!
